Farris is honoured to have been chosen by Heidi Noble, proprietor of JoieFarm Winery, to represent her in her recent strategic transaction.

As a result of this transformative deal, Joie has gained the depth of capital resources necessary to expand its base of owned vineyards in the Naramata sub-appellation; and to take sales to the next level through Joie’s well balanced omni-channel distribution, which includes a strong, fast growing direct to consumer market as well as its traditional strength in the hospitality sector.

Heidi’s dream deal team was lead by Heidi herself and included Farris partner, Al Hudec and associate, Megan O’Neill and Kellie Manchester, Scott Acheson and Tannie Lam from Sequeira Partners.
