Nicholas Hooge Co-Chairs Course on Expert Witness Examinations
Farris Partner, Nick Hooge, recently co-chaired The Advocates’ Society’s “Examining and Cross-Examining Experts” program. This popular skills-building course brought together experienced trial lawyers and judges to explore practical issues relating to expert evidence and offer winning strategies on how to choose, use, prepare, examine and challenge expert witnesses. The session also included a hands-on skills workshop where participants had the opportunity to practise and refine their examination and cross-examination skills.
