Farris lawyers Al Hudec and Megan O’Neill recently presented to winemakers, brewers and distillers in Penticton, BC at the annual Fortify Conference.

Al Hudec led the audience through a ‘SWOT Analysis’ of the liquor industry in BC; and Megan O’Neill discussed navigating the Agricultural Land Reserve rules as an alcohol producer. Both Al and Megan practice significantly in the liquor industry in British Columbia and are well-connected to the industry. Their expertise was highlighted by being asked to present at this conference of industry leaders and decision makers.
