Bell, along with Dr. Lisa Ferrari recently updated their article ‘Screens, Gaming, Digital Media: Where Each Fit in the Best Interests Test’ for the Canadian Family Law Quarterly (CFLQ). CFLQ is a journal published by Thomson Reuters that covers topics related to spousal support law, domestic contracts, and other family law topics in Canada. Nikki and Todd’s article addresses the emerging area of co-parenting conflicts related to children’s social media and screen use.
