Erica Miller and Thomas Rodgers Discuss the Weaponization of CPLs
Farris Partner Erica Miller, and Associate Thomas Rodgers, recently wrote for Lexpert’s Legal Insights series on the approach of BC courts to the use of Certificates of Pending Litigation (CPLs) as a strategic tool in disputes.
