Darren Bernaerdt is named as the representative plaintiff in a proposed class action against London Drugs.  The proposed class includes current and former employees of London Drugs and several other related entities whose personal information was allegedly compromised in the April 2024 cybersecurity incident.

Mr. Bernaerdt is represented by Michael Gianacopoulos and Nicholas Hooge of Farris, and the Notice of Civil Claim was filed in the Supreme Court of British Columbia on April 24, 2026.
