Daniel received his Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto. While at law school, Daniel served as Co-Editor-in-Chief of Rights Review, an international human rights publication in Ultra Vires, and as a volunteer investigator of alleged war crimes as part of the Cameroon Anglophone Crisis Database of Atrocities. Daniel spent his first summer in law school working as a policy intern at the Senate of Canada, conducting policy research and assisting the work of the Standing Committee on Social Affairs, Science, and Technology.

Daniel also has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia’s Okanagan Campus with a major in International Relations. Upon his graduation, Daniel was awarded the Walley Lightbody Award in Law.

In his spare time, Daniel enjoys travelling, learning about history, and playing strategy games.
