Rachael is an associate in the Advocacy & Litigation group. She has appeared at all levels of court in BC and participated in alternative dispute resolution through mediation.

Prior to joining Farris in 2023, Rachael practiced in estate litigation at a boutique tax and estate firm in Vancouver. She has experience in advising executors, beneficiaries and trustee in claims related to the validity of wills, variation of wills and breaches of fiduciary duty. She has also aided clients with committeeship applications and applications to “cure” or rectify wills that were not properly executed. Rachael previously articled at an international law firm in Vancouver where she focused on civil and commercial litigation and was exposed to a wide range of industries.

Before entering the legal profession, Rachael earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Cambridge where she studied Philosophy and Social Anthropology.
