Tara is a student at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia. She currently works as the Student Coordinator for the Centre for Feminist Legal Studies, where she facilitates events and supports feminist scholarship to enhance the visibility of feminist legal studies at UBC and strengthen connections with the broader feminist community. Tara has also served as the VP Internal for the Legal Education Outreach Program, a program aimed at increasing access to justice and inspiring the next generation of lawyers. In her second year, she was a member of the 2025-2026 UBC Jessup Moot Team. Prior to law school, Tara obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Law & Society at the University of British Columbia. During her undergraduate degree, Tara worked as a Collections Assistant at the Laboratory of Archaeology, where she worked with the collections at the Museum of Anthropology and assisted with large-scale repatriation projects in collaboration with Indigenous groups across British Columbia. In her free time, Tara enjoys crocheting, practicing yoga, hiking, and keeping up with tennis and Formula 1.
