Farris is pleased to have represented Argenta Silver Corp. (“Argenta”) in closing a bought deal private placement and pro rata investment for total gross proceeds of $17,500,000.

Argenta was represented by a Farris transaction team led by Peter M. Roth and included Vanessa Locke and Patrick Armstrong (Articling Student). Farris is pleased to have again worked alongside Fiore Management & Advisory Corp., who acted as Argenta’s exclusive advisor in the transaction, which included the pro rata investment by Argentinian businessman Mr. Eduardo Elsztain.
