Farris lawyers represented BTQ Technologies Corp. (Nasdaq: BTQ; Cboe CA: BTQ), a cross-listed global quantum technology company focused on securing mission-critical networks, in connection with the establishment of its at-the-market equity program pursuant to the multijurisdictional disclosure system (MJDS). Under the program, BTQ may offer and sell up to C$150 million of its common shares through at-the-market distributions on the Nasdaq Global Market and Cboe Canada. The program provides BTQ with additional financial flexibility to support working capital requirements, strengthen its balance sheet and pursue future growth opportunities, including potential acquisitions.
