Farris lawyers represented BTQ Technologies Corp. (Nasdaq: BTQ; Cboe CA: BTQ), a global quantum technology company focused on securing mission-critical networks, on its public equity offering (the “Offering”) with a new institutional investors. The Offering, which completed on July 22, 2025, was conducted on a best-efforts agency basis pursuant to an Agency Agreement between BTQ and A.G.P. Canada Investments ULC, and included participation from existing shareholders and new institutional investors. Pursuant to the Offering, BTQ issued 5,555,555 common shares at a price of $7.20 per share, for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately C$40 million.
