Farris is pleased to have represented Atomic Eagle Ltd. (formerly Tombador Iron Limited (ASX: TI1)( (the “Company”) in connection with an acquisition of GoviEx Uranium Inc. (“GoviEx”) by way of statutory plan of arrangement. The transaction combines the Company and GoviEx to form a diversified resource company with enhanced financial capacity and a strengthened platform for future development initiatives.

Following the acquisition, GoviEx became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, with the combined uranium exploration and development company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange under the name Atomic Eagle Ltd. For more information, see the closing news release here.
